Returns & Exchange

 

Our top priority is our customers satisfaction. If your are not satisfied with your order, all returns or exchanges must be done within 14 days of receiving your order.
In order to return or exchange your order, jewels must be unworn/unused and in the original condition and packaging.
Jewels that have been customized (engraved, special orders..) or purchased on sale, can not be returned or refunded.
In the case of returns or exchanges, shipping costs and taxe/customs payments will not be returned.
If your order is lost or sent to the wrong address, we will not refund or exchange.

If your jewel has a quality defect or has arrived damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it. We will replace the product and ship it to you.
